DAILYKENN.com -- Mark Allen McWilliams, age 62, was fatally shot in a church in Winona, Texas where the victim served as pastor.
Reports say McWilliams discovered 21-year-old Myrtez Woolen hiding from police in the church's restroom. McWilliams held Woolen at gunpoint but, when distracted, has his firearm taken away by the suspect who then fatally shot the pastor. One other individual was shot by the suspect, reports say.

He was originally wanted in connection with a drive-by shooting that took place Saturday night in Tyler. He was later spotted in a dark-colored Volkswagon Jetta in the Lindale area and had a shotgun sticking out of the sunroof, which led to a chase.
