DAILYKENN.com -- Jamie Francis Wright, age 34, was fatally shot at a Melbourne, Fla. restaurant. 40-year-old Latavious Shant Johnson was charged with first-degree murder.
Reports say the victim's husband, Theron Wright, shot the suspect in self defense. All three suffered gunshot wounds. Motives for the shootings were not disclosed.
The crime occurred October 15, 2020 and the arrest was reported November 11, 2020 by floridatoday.com.

A 40-year-old man once thought to be a victim and possibly an innocent bystander by Melbourne police after he was wounded in an October shootout that left a woman dead, has instead been charged in the case.
Latavious Shant Johnson, of Palm Bay, was charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and possession of a firearm in connection with the Oct. 15 shooting near Lizzy's Restaurant, 1301 E. University Boulevard. The restaurant was closed at the time of the shooting.
Police had been called to the site after reports of multiple gunshots. Officers said Johnson was one of three people shot.
