DAILYKENN.com --Nicholas Shane McReynolds, age 44, was fatally shot in Loxahatchee, Fla.
Facing manslaughter charges is 21-year-old Christopher Jamal Nelson.
Reports say McReynolds was Nelson's mother's boyfriend.
The shooting occurred October 11, 2020.

Investigators said McReynolds, 44, got into a fight with his girlfriend, Nelson's mother. Nelson became angry over McReynolds pushing his mother. Deputies said Nelson pulled out a gun and demanded McReynold's leave the home.
According to the arrest report, McReynolds dared Nelson to shoot him. McReynolds then grabbed Nelson and the two struggled over the gun when it dropped to the ground. Nelson picked it up and asked McReynolds to leave again.
