DAILYKENN.com -- An unnamed 70-year-old man was dragged by his hair out of a convenience store where he was beaten, kicked, and spat on.
Reports say the attacker was nonplussed after the elderly gentleman asked him to social distance, reports say. Reports made no mention of hate crime violations.
The incident was video recorded by the stores security system and was made public.
Police say, “The victim was on his stomach as Ingram repeatedly punched him on his back, then spat on him and kicked him in the head before walking away.”
The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, including broken bones.
Officers say they recognized Ingram from the surveillance video and arrested him at his home.
