DAILYKENN.com -- A 33-year-old male was arrested after allegedly punching an employee at a wig store in Albany, New York.
Richard Chirse is accused of assaulting a store employee after being asked to wear a mask. He is also accused of speaking words deemed racist.
"Chirse was arrested, charged with assault as a hate crime. He was also arrested on a parole warrant," according to cbs6albany.com.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The attack was video recorded.

In addition to the vicious attack, the customer reportedly told the Asian employee to "go back to your country," and added other racist remarks during the attack.
Park says a doctor who examined the employee said he most likely had his nose broken.
