DAILYKENN.com -- An innocent bystander was fatally shot at a South Carolina Waffle House restaurant.
Reports say 23-year-old Briawna Nabors was killed by gunfire that erupted during an argument.
"North Charleston Police said that a suspect has been arrested in the incident, 39-year-old Rico Jarvarise Joy and is in custody," a report said.
The incident occurred July 19, 2020 in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Several people were injured in an early morning shooting at Waffle House in North Charleston on Saturday.
During the fight, one suspect began firing a gun at the person he was fighting. He hit three bystanders, killing one of them, officers said.
The Charleston County Coroner's Office confirmed on Sunday that Briawna Nabors, a 23-year-old female from Summerville, died on scene at the Waffle House.
