DAILYKENN.com -- Lamar Todd Mallett, 30, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
He is accused of taking the lives of 60-year-old Randolph Ingram and Ashley Marie Hurt, 38.
Both victims were fatally shot.
Reports say Mallett entered a home in Knoxville, Tennessee where he shot both victims with a handgun. Ingram managed to escape but was shot in the back in the street.
The crime reportedly occurred Tuesday, April 28, 2020.
The motive for the murders was not disclosed.

The Knoxville Police Department on Wednesday identified two victims killed early Tuesday and announced a suspect had been charged in one of the killings.
A KPD spokesperson said Wednesday that Randolph Ingram, 60, and Ashley Marie Hurt, 38, were shot and killed early Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to the 2800 block of E. Fifth Avenue for a report of a shooting with a victim lying in the roadway around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday. Ingram was found in the street and while Hurt was found inside a residence. Both victims were pronounced dead from gunshot wounds.
Lamar Mallet, 30, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder for the shooting death of Randolph Ingram.
