DAILYKENN.com -- A Somalian journalist living in Canada decided to prove Somalia's violent-terrorist stereotype was unfounded. She traveled to her homeland to make the point. Tragically, Hodan Nalayeh was killed by terrorists while in Somalia.
The journalist was one of 26 killed when terrorists stormed a hotel in the port city of Kismayo in Somalia earlier this month (July, 2019). She was 43-years-old and pregnant at the time of her death.
Nalayeh proved the stereotype is accurate. She also inadvertently demonstrated why Somalis are fleeing to the West and not vice versa.
• Islamic hate groups killed 5,001 people during the first six months of 2019. Nearly all the victims were people of color.
• In the aggregate, Somalia has an IQ of about 68. 70 is the threshold of mental retardation. The nation is, in a sense, literally retarded.
