DAILYKENN.com -- Reports say 38-year-old Brian Redden was shot in the lower torso while getting gas. A 16-year-old black male is wanted for the crimes.

The crimes occurred in 28.4-percent black Nashville, Tennessee and reported March 13, 2019.

Last year David Earl Mays was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated robbery, according to Nashville police. In February, he was given a weekend pass by the Department of Children's Services but failed to return.

• Americans are deceived by television commercials and programming that only portray blacks in a positive light. Americans are ignorant to the coarse reality that ratchet black behavior remains epidemic after countless generations. It's called 'deception by perception' or 'lying by omission.'

The shooting was part of an attempted carjacking during which a 38-year-old man, identified as Brian Redden, was shot in the lower torso while getting gas, according to Metro police. The shooting occurred at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday.

A Juvenile Court arrest order was issued for Mays on Thursday, charging him with attempted especially aggravated robbery, police officials said in a statement.

Mays, 16, was arrested in July and charged with two counts of aggravated robbery, according to Nashville police. He is accused of previously robbing two other men, including one at a gas station.

In February, Mays was given a weekend pass by the Department of Children's Services that allowed him to leave the Gateway to Independence facility on Stewarts Lane, and he did not return as required, police officials said.

Redden underwent surgery Wednesday night for critical injuries at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Metro police said.
