Here's how to make this healthy keto meal replacement that tastes like desert...

Ingredients:

1 - Avocado (peel and seed removed, obviously)
2 - One (1) tbsp virgin coconut oil 
3 - Two (2) tbsp raw cacao powder (add more for taste)
4 - 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut cream
5 - One (1) drop of liquid stevia or chocolate stevia
6 - .25 (1/4) tsp xanthan gum


For more robust pudding, add ...

7 - One egg white with 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
8 - One (1) squirt Lakanto Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup
9 - Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein Powder, Chocolate

Directions:

Blend ingredients using the slow setting on your blender.

(You may also want to whip your egg white and add it last, after the other ingredients are well blended.) 

It only takes about ten minutes.

I use the Hass avocado (named for Rudolph Hass). There are hundreds of avocado varieties. It just makes sense to select the breed that packs the most nutrition.
