DAILYKENN.com -- A link to an article explaining gender roles in ministry was zapped by Instagram. Apparently the social media site considers such content "hate speech."
That would categorize many religious orders, including Roman Catholics, as "hate groups" due to their retention of traditional ministry gender assignments.
"[T]he Bible is clear that pastoral leadership is restricted to men," wrote Tom Hicks.
That view apparently constitutes sexism, misogyny, hate speech, and other social injustices.
The far left appears to be more aggressive in using hate speech allegations as a pretext to subvert free speech.
Hate speech is relative to one's opinion. Any thought expressed verbally could be considered hate speech by most anyone and, consequently, subjected to censorship.

So Instagram has censored our @FoundersMin article by Tom Hicks, “Only Men Can Be Pastors.” Big Brother can’t tolerate biblical truth in the marketplace of ideas. pic.twitter.com/RgIfbysD3c— tom ascol (@tomascol) November 12, 2018
Our twice-weekly YouTube show was also slapped by a far-left blogger after guest James Edwards expressed his view that women have no role in governing nations.

In spite of the fact that it seems more and more fashionable in our day to say that women may be pastors, the Bible is clear that pastoral leadership is restricted to men. This post will examine 1 Timothy 2:12-14, one of the key biblical texts on male-only pastoral leadership, and it will respond to some of the most popular Evangelical Feminist efforts to undermine the teaching of these verses.
The Scriptural Teaching
In 1 Timothy 2:12-14 Paul says:
“I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve; and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor.”
