DAILYKENN.com -- Think of the Google corporate culture as a high tech hate group that shrouds its neo-communist ideology behind shallow terms and phrases such as "not in keeping with our values."
A video recorded by Google shortly after the 2016 presidential election reveals an atmosphere of panic and dismay amongst the tech giant’s leadership, coupled with a determination to thwart both the Trump agenda and the broader populist movement emerging around the globe.
When watching the video below, think of China. Think of president Xi Jinping addressing the National People's Congress as they applaud, nod, and even laugh in unison and on cue.

There is a reason.
China and Google seem to have this in common: Both appear to be totalitarian mercantile corporations driven by a collectivist ideology with a profit-driven trajectory.
Above: Steve Bannon describes China as a "totalitarian mercantile system"
Granted, China possesses a land mass and has its own navy, but the underlying "values" -- collectivism, totalitarianism, and intolerance -- appear to be the same.
Remember that China remains a communist country. Chairman Mao Tse-tung's image still graces its currency. While Westerners have changed the title from "chairman" to "president," the Chinese word remains unchanged.
The Chinese have overhauled their collectivist ideology creating a new-and-improved model that incorporates space for a controlled market economy. Hence the nation glistens with high-rise cityscapes, is home to newly minted billionaires, and has replaced bicycle-jammed streets with lanes crowded with shiny automobiles.
Today's Chinese communism is unprecedented. It is neither Stalinist, Leninist, nor Maoist. It remains, however, collectivist, totalitarian, and intolerant of dissidence; just like Google.
Recall, for example, the Google employee who was fired in 2017 for expressing views regarding aptitude differences between genders. Those aptitude differences can be attributed to nature; not social injustice. His views are collaborated by science but contradict the apparent core values of Google.
And so when you hear the CEO of Google or the chairman of China speak of "our values," be mindful that those values are collectivism, totalitarianism, and intolerance. There is no place for rugged individualism, free markets, or free expression.
We understand, then, why Google's TGIF crowd reacted on cue as they were members of the National People's Congress; why they emoted with banal histrionics upon learning that the American people won the 2016 presidential election.
