July 4, 2018 -- If you're homeless and need a place to stay, we recommend you grab your Mogan David and shopping cart full of junk and bunk out in Christ Church Cathedral. Leaders of the Indianapolis church are reeking with compassion for the downtrodden. Beside, Wheeler Mission can get a bit crowded.

The intent is to protest Trump's policy of separating children from illegal aliens in custody (even though the policy was utilized by Obama and rescinded by Trump.)

The church is conveniently located on Monument Circle in the heart of Indianapolis.

By engaging in political discourse the church may risk losing its non-profit status.

The church's website is It claims a diverse congregation, though the sole photo we saw on the website suggests a nearly homogeneous group comprised that is white and leftist in political and social disorientation.

The site claims that its dress code is also diverse. Blue jeans and suits are equally welcome. We wonder how this "diverse" congregation would respond if someone showed up in a MAGA cap.

From The Daily Wire ▼

To show solidarity with illegal immigrant families being held in ICE detention centers, an Indianapolis church has erected a cage in which the Holy Family is kept inside like animals.

According to Fox local, "Christ Church Cathedral put up the display at their lawn on Monument Circle overnight. It shows statues of Mary, Joseph and Jesus in a cage."

On their Twitter page, the church declared, "On our lawn tonight we placed The Holy Family…in #ICE detention." Accompanying the display is a sign saying #EveryFamilyIsHoly, which is then translated into Spanish as, #CadaFamiliaEsSagrada. Behold:

No indication has been as to how long the display will remain, only that the church leaders say it will continue so long as families are detained. The church has offered no deference to prudence or a nation's right to enforce its own border, opting instead to send out empty platitudes of virtue-signaling.
