Police have issued an arrest warrant in connection with the death of a woman found inside a car's trunk on Friday.

De'asia Ra' meke Page, 18, is wanted for murder and aggravated assault in the murder Toni Abad, 58.

Abad's body was discovered after Fulton County police officer noticed a car's driver-side window had been broken. He then discovered Abad's body in the trunk.

The Waffle House near where the body was found is located at 5310 Campbellton-Fairburn Road.

Police said Page is believed to be homeless and was last seen in Union City, Ga., in the Shannon Mall.

2nd person charged with murder after woman's body found in car trunk

A man was booked into Fulton County jail Christmas morning in connection with a woman’s body found inside the trunk of a car.

Jared Kemp joined De’asia Page, both 18 years old, in jail for allegedly killing 58-year-old Toni Abad. Kemp was booked into jail about 8:45 a.m. Monday and is listed as being from Fairburn, as is Abad.

The car was reported as a suspicious vehicle about 11:20 a.m. Friday on Campbellton Fairburn Road in south Fulton, police said.

Police have not released details about the condition of the body nor the car.

However, officials have said the area where the body was found — near a shopping center and a few apartment complexes — isn’t known for violent crime.

“It’s been known to have some crime like burglaries or an occasional suspicious vehicle call,” said Cpl. Partrena Smith of Fulton County Police Department, “but nothing I would say of a grand magnitude.”

Last month, police responded to a body found inside a home on Live Oak Trail in south Fulton County.

While police were still trying to find Page, Smith said investigators believed Page was homeless and was last seen in Union City in the former Shannon Mall area.

Page and Kemp face charges of murder and aggravated assault.
