September 7, 2016 -- A five-year-old white girl was allegedly slapped by a black male teen on a school bus.

The incident was reported in Bamberg, South Carolina.

A school official said the behavior is normal.

What to do?

First, government schools should not exist. Were natural parents to expose their children to such violence, they would risk arrest for child endangerment.

Second, state legislatures should enact laws that require every school bus to install a working video camera. The recordings should be made available to parents and law enforcement.

Third, we must acknowledge the unpleasant but very real fact that school segregation existed to protect little white girls from black thuggery.

A 17-year-old South Carolina boy is facing assault charges after school bus video allegedly captured him slapping a 5-year-old girl in Bamberg late last month.

Police say the high school student was riding the bus from school to an after-school program on Aug. 25 when the incident occurred, according to WRDW.

The bus video shows him grabbing another student's hand and using it to hit the little girl, identified by her family as Jazmyn Peters.

"He had reached over that seat and telling another girl if you don't hit her then I'm going to hit her for you," Jazmyn's father, Terry Peters, told WRDW.

"I'm very upset. I'm mad," he said.

A school district officials denied the child sustained the injury on the bus, citing a photo that showed the injury on the opposite side of the face from what the video showed, the television station reported.

"There was some perhaps inappropriate you know picking up another child's hand but not any evidence she left with a handprint on her face from the bus," Bamberg District One School Superintendent Phyllis Schwarting told WRDW.

However, police believe the picture was possibly flipped, and investigators believe that may be proof that the teen was responsible, according to the station.

The family is considering filing a lawsuit.

"This kid has been in trouble at school before, no secret," Liz Owens, the attorney for the Peters family, told the station. "They're saying he's on probation. Why is it that someone who has a history like that allowed to ride the bus, especially with young students?"

A motive remained unknown, and the investigation is ongoing.
