DAILYKENN.com -- A black male accused of murdering a white woman has been arrested for rape. 

While Albert H. Jones III, 17, was released on bond after being arrested for the November, 2015 murder of Donna Lynne Davis.

The rape victim told police she was sexually assaulted by a group of males, presumed to be black.

The rape was reported Jully 14, 2016 and occurred in Wilson, North Carolina.

On June 29 at 1 a.m., officers of the Wilson Police Department were dispatched to the 600 block of Minchew St. in regards to a sexual assault. When officers arrived, they spoke to a juvenile victim who stated that she was sexually assaulted by a group of male juveniles.

The Wilson Police Department is still actively investigating this case.

Jones was previously arrested and charged with the Nov. 28 murder of Donna Lynne Davis. The Wilson Times reported Jones posted a $20,000 secured bond in the murder case in March.
