June 6, 2016 -- Imagine the media outrage were a professional athlete to publicly endorse segregation and condemn miscegenation (racially mixed marriages).

Muhammad Ali did just that. 

Nonetheless, the media continue to heap praises of adulation on Ali as an inspiration for all. 

Ali's opinions, of course, are welcome; even if some find them disagreeable. 

The media hypocrisy, however, is not welcome. 

Tyson Fury, the reigning world boxing champion, is routinely eviscerated by the media and anti-Semitic, homophobic, and sexist. Fury, however, is white. Apparently Ali is given a pass by the media because he was black.
