Terry Hughes had just pulled into his drive when he was jumped and wrestled to the pavement by a village-raised teen.
News accounts say Hughes was rendered unconscious. When he regained consciousness the carjacker was in his vehicle.
The attack was captured on video.
Arrested is Da Vuan Johnson, 18.
Obama issued an edict via Housing and Urban Development last year that effectively mandates neighbors integrate themselves with village-raised urban savages or lose federal funding.
According to court records, the teen is currently out of jail on bond after being arrested in December for breaking into someone’s home.
Johnson also did time in jail last year for trespassing and theft.
As for the car he’s accused of taking in the carjacking, deputies said he sold it to two men for $250. The car was located just a few blocks away, and the two men who bought it were also arrested and face charges.
