MUST READ ► My Horrific Experience With A Psychopath

January 17, 2016 -- While most of us were waking to enjoy our families and Thanksgiving dinner last year, a Port Richmond man was breathing his last breath.

21-year-old Ryan Kelly was allegedly murdered by urban savages; his credit cards stolen.

The crime occurred about 5:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day, 2015 in Philadelphia, Penn.

Eighteen-year-old David Ramos Jr. is facing multiple charges including murder, robbery and related offenses. Ramos was arrested without incident, police said, around 11:10 a.m. Saturday in the 43000 block of Frankford Avenue in the city's Frankford section. "It's a relief in that way, getting him off the street so he doesn't do it to another family," said Bill Kelly.
