July 7, 2015 -- A mother of four was shot in the head in Muskegon, Michigan June 30.

Arrested is Ishmail Autman.

News reports say the victim, Peggy Sue Everett, was driving a minivan with Autman and two other males. Autman is a accused at firing his gun at group of males standing on a corner. One of the group is suspected of returning fire. The shot allegedly struck Everett.

Autman is being charged with murder because his actions led to the death of Everett.

Apparently the foursome were planning a robbery in the area at the time Everett was killed.

Court documents reveal a Muskegon woman who was fatally shot in the head last week was planning to commit armed robbery with three other men at the time of her death.

Ishmail James Autman, 23, is charged with homicide in connection with the shooting death of Peggy Sue Everett.

Court records obtained by WZZM 13 Tuesday show Everett was driving a minivan with Autman and two other men on June 30, planning to commit a robbery in the area of Columbia and 8th Street.

"It does appear from the evidence at the scene there was a series of shots," Muskegon County Prosecutor D.J. Hilson said.

Court documents say Autman fired a weapon at a group of men on the corner. It's suspected one of them fired back at Autman, but struck Everett. At least one bullet entered her minivan from the passenger side, striking her in the head.

Autman is also charged with open murder, even though he is not the person who shot Everett.
