A missing man with disabilities was found deceased over the weekend and authorities are now investigating his death as a kidnapping and homicide.

Late Monday afternoon, Tulsa Police arrested 27-year-old Vernon Smith for second degree murder in connection with Holly's death. So far there is no word on if police are searching for other suspects in the case.

Sheriff Scott Walton confirms that the body of 27-year-old Chazz Holly was recovered Sunday near Antlers, Okla. in Pushmataha County.

"It's just a horrible situation when I have to ask my family and friends to go help do that,” said Clay Holly.

All day on Sunday, Clay Holly, his loved ones and volunteers from Bridging the Gap searched a rural area near Antlers. Six hours into the brutally hot and difficult search, they found the 27-year-old's body.

"This is kind of closure,” says Clay Holly. "At least we know where our son is at."
