Disparate impact is a discredited doctrine of cultural Marxism that advocates lighter sentences for persons with darker skin. The presupposition is that arrests and incarceration records impede the ability of dark-skinned people to earn income on a parity with lighter skinned people.

In reality, disparate impact does little more than allow dark skinned criminal to inflict pain, suffering, and death on light skinned people.
