MUST READ ► My Horrific Experience With A Psychopath

July 5, 2015 -- Meet the 2015 upgrade of Ozzie and Harriet and Ricky and David.

Chris Pratt (Jurassic World) has been cited as a Christian conservative whose managed to maneuver his way through Hollywood's Marxism matrix. People with powerful personalities can pull it off occasionally.

Christianity Today has dubbed Pratt as a devoted Christian and family man. Others suggest he is controlled opposition, a pawn of whatever conspiracy theory to which one happens to subscribe.

Before the makeover
Reviews of Jurassic World, in which Pratt assumes the leading role, proclaim the film as a rare example of traditional family values returning to the cinema.

The acid test of legitimacy is one's take on the militant gay hate movement. Guys like Pratt are destined for destruction if they fail to step in line with the influential homosexual agenda or, at least, keep quiet about it.

Time will tell.

• Having spent my first fifty years as a fundamentalist Christian, I can attest to the fact that some folks wear the Christian label like I wore a Daniel Boone raccoon hat as a kid. It's often pretense and self delusion. I actually was Daniel Boone, but only when it was convenient to wear the hat.

"Jurassic World" star Chris Pratt is one hot commodity in Hollywood nowadays, but the humble actor has not let fame get to his head and has managed to remain rooted to his Christian faith and devoted to his beautiful family.

It's not often that an actor proudly proclaims his Christian faith, but Pratt is an exception. He shared with ABC News how a difficult time back in August 2012 bolstered his faith in God—his son Jack with actress Anna Faris was born nine weeks premature.

His son was in the intensive care unit for a month and the couple felt helpless, so they turned to God during that time. "We were scared for a long time. We prayed a lot," he said.

"It restored my faith in God, not that it needed to be restored, but it really redefined it," the actor further said. "The baby was so beautiful to us, and I look back at the photos of him and it must have been jarring for other people to come in and see him, but to us he was so beautiful and perfect."

His son is now turning two years old and the proud father calls Jack "a fighter."

"He's amazing," Pratt added. "He's so open and there's no fear in him no matter what. He is so charming that my plan is to just let him take care of us as soon as he's old enough."

For the meantime, Pratt has resolved to keep on working hard in order to support his family. He earlier said that people never know what's in store for them next, so that is why he needs to work "while the work is here."

The actor dreams of moving outside of L.A. in the future with his family, where he could be a Boy Scout leader. He would like nothing better than to relax on Saturday, go to church on Sunday, then have fun.
