Dead is 42-year-old William Kelley.
Reports say that Kelley allowed Foster, a transient, to live in his warehouse for free for the past ten years. Apparently the two men had an ongoing dispute since March, 2014 that culminated in the shooting earlier this week.
The Sperry, Okla. crime was reported Dec. 7, 2014.

Fletcher Foster, 78, was detained around 6:30 a.m. Sunday and booked into the Tulsa Jail about a half hour later on a first-degree murder complaint, jail records show.
An arrest report says Kelley was found lying on the ground outside and that personnel from the Turley and Owasso fire departments tried unsuccessfully to revive him before he was pronounced dead at 2:37 a.m. Investigators said they recovered a rifle and a .22-caliber shell casing in an open doorway near his body.
A family member of Kelley's told deputies that he and Kelley were trying to get a four-wheeler dislodged from the road and that they had gone to the warehouse to get some equipment, the report states. There, the pair saw Foster, who the family member said was a transient whom Kelley allowed to stay nearby for free.
However, Foster reportedly did not recognize Kelley, even after Kelley told him why he was at the warehouse, according to the report. The family member alleged that Foster told them he was calling the police, and he heard four gunshots soon thereafter. He then ran home to wake up his mother and tell her Kelley had been shot, the report states.
Deputies later learned that Foster and Kelley had an argument in March that culminated in Foster's pointing a weapon at Kelley, according to the booking report. Authorities weren't called then because "the family solved the matter themselves," investigators said.
