On Tuesday, a judge found enough probable cause for the murder case against Kenneth Armour, Jr. to continue.
In court, a Douglas County Sheriff's Office detective said the victim, Michael Stubbs, stumbled into his home after getting shot and said, "Kenny shot me."
The detective said evidence and interviews show Armour drove by Stubbs' house twice before finally stopping in the driveway and firing a single shot at Stubbs -- who was standing outside.
The single shot was fatal.
