That's a statement made by an elderly black woman who says Obama is destroying this country.
Watch video below.
The 82-year-old grandmother made the statements on C-SPAN's call-in program.

“Unemployment is higher in the black community that it is — double with unemployment than it is anywhere else,” she said.

This frustration was on full display when a self-described “82-year-old black senior citizen grandmother” named Joyce called C-SPAN to explain why she voted for the Republican candidate in every race on the ballot this cycle.
“I voted straight Republican because I have noticed for years what the Democrat Party has done to my people,” she said. “Unemployment is higher in the black community that it is — double with unemployment than it is anywhere else.”
Beyond fiscal issues, the woman noted that the party has embraced social liberalism to the point that it has effectively shunned voters who follow God’s word.
“There’s no way I could continue to say I’m a Christian and stay with the Democrat Party,” she continued. “They advocate the killing of babies and taking from the doers and giving to the ones sitting doing nothing.”
Clarifying that she supports government assistance for those truly unable to provide for themselves, she noting that “with so many getting help that doesn't need help, it prevents the people that really need help from getting it.”
