The Civilization War

Hundreds of Muslims set fire to two churches in Zanzibar over the weekend. [Source] Meanwhile a Nigerian Muslim confessed to his part in attacking a university Catholic church service. 20 people were killed as they fled the church which had been set afire.

While the churches were burning in Zanzibar and Nigeria, the American news media pro-actively ignored a lawsuit filed against Barack Obama by 42 Catholic organizations and individuals.

The attack in Zanzibar is the latest of 65 known violent attacks on Christians by Muslims so far this year. [Source] These do not include political-biased attacks such as those launched by Barack Obama and the liberal media against the Catholic church.

While Muslims in Islamic nations seek to destroy religious liberty through violence, Obama uses legislation to by-pass religious liberty in America. The net result is the same: The influence of Christianity is negatively impacted; Western civilization takes a direct hit.

Christianity is hated by Muslims and liberals because it is viewed as a Western institution. It's influence outside the Eurosphere, even when benevolent in nature, is demonized as colonialism or genocide.

Fox News talkster Mike Huckabee criticized the media for failing to cover the Catholics' lawsuit. Huckabee said it was like missing Martin Luther King's I Have A Dream Speech. Huckabee failed to mention that King's speech is copyright protected by the King family and cannot be quoted without permission and, usually, payment. The lawsuit, however, is public record.

The Fox News web site complained,
The attack on religious liberty is
an attack on Western culture.
The archbishop of Washington on Sunday accused the network news programs of having "missed the boat" by largely ignoring lawsuits filed this past week by Catholic institutions challenging the Obama administration's so-called contraception mandate.
Cardinal Donald Wuerl, speaking on "Fox News Sunday," was responding to an analysis by the conservative Media Research Center of how the networks' evening newscasts treated coverage of the dozen federal lawsuits filed Monday. According to the center, CBS spent 19 seconds on the story after it broke, while the other networks gave it no coverage. [Source]
The War on Religious Liberty is one front in the War on Western Civilization and Culture.

  1. Has journalism died because of the internet, or because they lost their moral compass? The former is the reason they give, but the latter may be the real culprit... objective unbiased reporting is no longer respected, it seems it is almost loathed at some outlets.

In the news room the editors yell - tell the story anyway you can to promote the cause, the ends justify whatever means are necessary, don't report anything that paints a different picture, hide that before somebody sees it!

  2. I just read where some dailies in the US are now going to 3 publishing days a week, Its no wonder because the ones who read papers are whites and who wants to read anti white crap every time you buy a paper? No white people it seems, Good, this shit has backfired and it will continue to do so as more and more go to the internet to find the truth.
