Can you recall a documented case in which a white teen fatally shot a black security guard? Of course not. Racial violence is largely a one-way street. The far left must create false allegation of white racism to advance their Marxist agenda.
A 16-year-old has been charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of an on-duty security guard inside a grocery store. Advertisement Nature Maurice Williams was arrested without incident around 4 p.m. Tuesday at his Greensboro home, Greensboro police said.
Williams, who goes to Eastern Guilford High School, made a first court appearance Wednesday. Anthony Smith, 51, of Winston-Salem, died at the hospital after being found shot around 7:30 p.m. Oct. 8 in the Food Lion at 2316 E. Market St. Smith was on-duty at the time of the shooting and worked for a third-party company.
The armed suspect confronted Smith and shot him at close range, police said. The suspect took Smith’s gun from his holster and fled the scene on foot, police said. Williams also was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon for taking Smith’s gun, police said.
The gun hasn’t been recovered, police said. Police had previously released surveillance images of the suspect and said Tuesday that tips from the public and extensive media coverage helped them connect Williams to the shooting. The SBI and Guilford County deputies helped with the investigation and suspect apprehension, police said.
