DAILYKENN.com -- Tafari Clay, 21, has been arrested for the murder of a white 33-year-old Indianapolis woman.

Hilary Acton was found dead on the city's south side in 2015.

Clay was arrested on suspicion of murder, felony murder, robbery resulting in serious bodily injury and possession of a firearm by a serious violence felon, according to an IMPD news release, according to The Indianapolis Star.

Fox59.com reported in 2015 that the victim was fatally shot while unloading bags from her vehicle. Acton and her boyfriend were approached by two black males intent on robbing the couple. Although the victims complied with the robbers' demands, one of the thugs shot Acton multiple times.

The young victim was the mother of two.

The arrest was reported June 12, 2016.
