DAILYKENN.com -- Terri Treadway and Catherine Sutter, both 58, were fatally shot at the retirement center where they worked.
The alleged killer, 56-year-old Frank Staton, has been deemed sane and competent to assist in his own defense.
The trial is scheduled to begin in September.
Staton is black. His victims were white.
Investigators said Staton lived with Treadway and the couple were in a relationship, according to Fox8.com
The crime occurred March 24, 2016 in Chargrin Falls, Ohio.
