DAILYKENN.com -- The black male accused of brutally murdering a homeless man was found dead in a Harlem, NY park.
Anthony White is accused of slashing the throat of 62-year-old Deven Black at a homeless shelter where both were staying. Black was nearly decapitated.
From The New York Post:
A badly decomposed body found in a Harlem park is believed to be the homeless man who stabbed a former school teacher to death in January.
The body was found at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday at 725 W. 135 St. and was tentatively identified as Anthony White because of a benefits card in a pants pocket, a police source said. The card has White’s name on it.
Police have been searching for White since Jan. 27, when his roommate, 62-year-old Deven Black, was nearly decapitated at the Boulevard Homeless Shelter in East Harlem.
