DAILYKENN.com -- The media are giving little coverage to a black-on- white homicide that occurred in February. 

Jacob Almond, 19, died after being shot at an apartment complex in Orlando, Fla. 

Arrested this week for the crime is Rodgerick Shoulders Jr., 27.

Orlando police have announced an arrest in connection with a fatal shooting in early February.

Rodgerick Shoulders Jr., 27, faces counts of first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder and robbery with a firearm.

Investigators said they connected Shoulders to the double shooting at a condo complex on Cypress Woods Drive on Feb. 2.

Jacob Almond, 19, died in the shooting. Another person was hurt.

Shoulders is also charged with robbery. He's due for a first court appearance Wednesday morning.
