DAILYKENN.com -- A Texas teen has been arrested for raping a middle-school student.
Reports say the victim attempted to buy marijuana from Jesus Eduardo Rodriguez, 17, on Jan. 7, 2016. Rodriguez had none, but accompanied the girl and a friend "home" where the two engaged in sexual relations resulting in rape charges.

Police have arrested a 17-year-old man accused of having sex with a La Joya middle school student.
Investigators charged Jesus Eduardo Rodriguez, 17, of Sullivan City with sexual assault, a second-degree felony.
Sullivan City police started investigating on Jan. 8, when the student told her counselor about the sexual assault, according to the criminal complaint.
The Sullivan City Municipal Court redacted the criminal complaint, removing the student's name, her mother's name her friend's name, the counselor's name and other information.
At about 7 p.m. on Jan. 7, the student and her friend bought candy from two people driving a white van.
"(Redacted) then asked if he had any weed for sale, which the male subject stated 'No, not at this time,'" according to the criminal complaint. "The male subject was later identified as Eduardo Rodriguez."
The student said Rodriguez liked her friend, according to the criminal complaint.
Later that night, the student and her friend met them outside the Don Chulin restaurant. They all went home together.
"(Redacted) stated that Mr. Rodriguez was telling her that he liked her alot and that she was pretty and beautiful," according to the criminal complaint. "Mr. Rodriguez then proceeded in having sexual intercourse with (Redacted.)"
Immediately afterward, the student started crying, according to the criminal complaint. After attempting to console her, Rodriguez left.
The student told her counselor about what happened the next day.
Police took clothing and a pillow from the student's home. The student also underwent a sexual assault exam at Mission Regional Medical Center.
"After the interview by the Children's Advocacy Center, enough probable cause was gathered to confirm the violation of sexual assault was committed," according to the criminal complaint.
