A Massachusetts elected official has filed a lawsuit against a newspaper writer and the newspaper for calling him a racist. Apparently attorneys for Wochester Councilor-at-Large Michael T. Gaffney don't believe a public official protects his accusers.
The lawsuit is for $1-million.
