DAILYKENN.com -- Two teens have been arrested and a third is being sought in the murder of 41-year-old Kenneth Keeling.
Keeling was killed in Norman, Okla. in mid-December. The arrests were reported Feb. 5, 2016.
Keeling was found lying on the ground with a gunshot wound Dec. 14 inside the Summerfield Village Apartments, 920 E. Lindsey St. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators discovered that Keeling was a bystander when the shooter fired toward a group of people nearby.
Officers arrested Anthony Mundell, 19, and a 17-year-old boy Thursday in the fatal shooting of Kenneth Keeling. Police have not released the 17-year-old's identity.
They have been charged with first-degree murder.
Police have an outstanding warrant for a third teen, Tevin Kyreece Martin-Hicks, 18. He has been described as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds.
