DAILYKENN.com -- Jose Juvenal-Vital Villicana was driving with a permanently suspended drivers license when he struck and killed 7-year-old Jzabel Vital Guadalupe, police say.

The hit-and-run accident occurred on Martin Luther Kind Blvd in Lexington, NC.

Lexington Police say Villicana has a lengthy criminal driving record and was driving with a permanently suspended license. He served six months in jail for a 2008 DWI conviction in Davidson County, which was Villacana's second charge of that kind. He was also charged with DWI in 1995. His record shows he's also been convicted for several misdemeanors including driving without a license, prostitution, common law forgery, and larceny. — wfmynews2.com
