BBC.com quoted Mayor Henriette Reker as saying, "It's completely improper... to link a group that appeared to come from North Africa with the refugees."
Reker placed the blame squarely on German women saying they should have a "code of conduct" to prevent future attacks.
The suggested code of conduct includes maintaining an arm’s length distance from strangers, to stick within your own group, to ask bystanders for help or to intervene as a witness, or to inform the police if you are the victim of such an assault. — independent.co.uk
A mob of and estimated 1,000 Isalmic males physically and verbally assaulted German women on New Years Eve in Germany. Assaults were also reported in Hamburg and Stuttgart where German women were assaulted by Islamic insurgents.
One man described how his partner and 15-year-old daughter were surrounded by an enormous crowd outside the station and he was unable to help. "The attackers grabbed her and my partner's breasts and groped them between their legs." — bbc.com
