DAILYKENN.com -- Nearly four years after the media tried to convince Americans to pity poor Trayvon Martin, another white man has been gunned down by urban savages.
34-year-old Ryan Saffrhan was fatally shot in the chest and robbed in Metairie near New Orleans. Robbery appears to be the motive.
Arrested for the crime are Darren Lloyd, 19, and Ira Brown, 20.
The crime occurred Jan. 16, 2016 and was reported Jan. 19.
• The media's effort at canonizing black thugs seems to have backfired. Rather than stoking pity for urban savages, the media have done little more than raise awareness of the plight of those living near high-crime neighborhoods.

As devastated family and friends make plans to bury and memorialize Ryan Saffrhan, Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office investigators are searching for two suspects accused of gunning him down in Metairie Saturday night (Jan. 16).
Saffrhan, 34, of Marrero, died of a gunshot wound to the chest in the 500 block of North Elm Street. Deputies found him around 8:21 p.m., slumped over the seat of a yellow, 2001 Nissan Xterra near a vacant lot.
