DAILYKENN.com -- The fate of Marcellus "Ant North" Jones, the 37-year-old accused of killing a young teacher in Philadelphia, went to jury this week.

Ant North says he didn't do it. It's all a set up. He's been framed.

Zabel was 23 when Ant North allegedly killed him for his iPod. The random street crime occurred in 2008. Zabel had just arrived in the city from Minnesota to begin a teaching career.

Ant North is already serving prison time for the murder of the alleged get-away driver, a key witness in the case.

• Parents, teach your children the truth about savage urban crime before sending them off to the big city. It may save their lives.
