Reports say the alleged 10-year-old victim was raped on three occasions by Flowers.
The crime occurred in Kenner, La., a suburb of New Orleans. The arrest was reported Oct. 29, 2015.
Virtually nothing was reported by the national mainstream Marxist media regarding the rape. Rather, the media has emphasized an 18-year-old obstinate 10th grader who was man-handled by a police officer when she apparently resisted arrest and struck the officer.

Kenner police arrested a Bossier City man accused of raping a 10-year-old girl. Jermayne Flowers, 36, was booked Tuesday with three counts of aggravated rape of a victim under the age of 13, said Lt. Brian McGregor, spokesman for the department.
Flowers is accused of forcing himself onto the victim on three separate occasions while he was living in Kenner. Relatives of the victim contacted police in 2012, McGregor said.
Flowers had already left the New Orleans area by the time the rapes were reported to investigators. Detectives located him after he was arrested in April in Bossier City and booked on charges of domestic abuse battery, aggravated criminal damage to property and marijuana distribution, McGregor said.
Authorities transported him to Kenner where he denied the rapes, authorities said. In addition to the rape charges, Flowers was booked on six outstanding traffic attachments.
He was still being held Thursday at the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center in Gretna. Bond on the attachments was set at $7,000. But Flowers was being held without bond on the rape charges.
