DAILYKENN.com -- The person accused of murdering a Georgia woman in July is now suspected of raping her last year.

Stacey Gray is charged with capital murder, kidnapping and capital murder rape in the death of Renee Eldridge.

DNA has linked Gray to the crimes.

Gray is charged with capital murder, kidnapping and capital murder rape in Eldridge's death. He is now charged with binding her hands and feet and raping her last year.

Eldridge's body was found on July 7 in Osanippa Creek in Valley near the Alabama-Georgia border two days after her family reported her missing. Her hands and ankles were bound with green rope and tied to a cement block.

Authorities believe Eldridge died from blunt force trauma to the head.

According to the report, Gray was known to Eldridge. He had an on-and-off again sexual relationship with her mother.
