A man seeking help from police was cuffed and subdued on the floor instead.
Joseph Hutcheson was video recorded by security cameras as he entered the police department lobby. His erratic behavior cleared the bench as visitors opted to make way for the obviously disturbed individual.
Police took Hutchenson down and cuffed him, ostensibly for his safety and that of others. The unconscious man can be seen lying still on the lobby floor.
There was no media outcry.
The cultural Marxism narrative weaves a fictional tale that only blacks die in police custody; an apparent effect of anti-black bias as the proletariat suffer oppression under the white-dominated bourgeois.
The death of Hutchenson simply doesn't fit that narrative. Consquently, there is no outcry.
News reports say Hutchenson was seeking help after recently leaving the hospital. Rather than administering aid, police opted to "secure" the area by effectively disabling Hutchenson.

The family of a man who died in a Dallas County jail lobby has been shown surveillance video of the panic-stricken man's erratic behavior before being subdued and handcuffed by deputies and losing consciousness.
Joseph Hutcheson's family had demanded to see the 40-minute silent video of the 48-year-old Arlington man's death Aug. 1. Dallas County Sheriff Lupe Valdez later screened the video for reporters.
The video shows Hutcheson rush into the lobby, approach people sitting on a bench, then sit alone on the bench. He gets up and moves erratically around the lobby as deputies follow.
A struggle ensues, Hutcheson is handcuffed, flails his legs, then stops moving. The deputies remove the handcuffs and begin efforts to revive the man that failed.
Autopsy results are pending. Deputies had said they restrained Hutcheson because he posed a threat to himself and others.
