Evidence of that fact is found in an interview with John D. Caputo.
When answering a question posed by George Yancy via The New York Times, Caputo reasoned that using the term “true north” “reflected my Nordo-centrism.” It betrays one's insensitivity to people living in the Southern Hemisphere.
The professor appeals to postmodern theory to justify his reasoning. The objective, we suppose, is to deconstruct traditional Western thought, analyse the components, and conclude it's tainted with white bias, aka, white racism.
Caputo appears to conclude that white philosophers are blinded to their own inherent racism.
“I think that what modern philosophers call 'pure' reason — the Cartesian ego cogito and Kant’s transcendental consciousness — is a white male Euro-Christian construction.”
(Using the terms construct and construction adds a scholarly tone to otherwise incomprehensible nonsense, I've noticed.)
“'Pure' reason is lily white, as if white is not a color or is closest to the purity of the sun, and everything else is 'colored,'” he presumes.
If white philosophers thought it, it must be racist? That smacks of circulus in probando: circular reasoning.
Considering Caputo is a white guy who lives in the Northern Hemisphere, shall we conclude he is a Ku Klux Klanster?

• This is the type of crap we've learned to expect from the predatory left.
With the 'n' word out of vogue (unless you are black), segregation illegal (unless you are black), and redlining a federal offense (unless you are a black individual living in the projects), the predatory left is, again, desperate to validate its false narrative that white people are the oppressing bourgeois and non-whites their oppressed proletariat.
Their solution to this imaginary dilemma is to displace Western culture by flooding its nations with waves of Third World immigrants. White people who resist their own destruction -- yes, there are a few of us -- are promptly demonized, stigmatized, and libelously slandered as racists, xenophobes, Islamophobes, etc.
The end result is silly white people who go to ludicrous extremes to validate their anti-racist credentials.
“Racism — like sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, religious discrimination, mistreatment of animals, environmental destruction, economic inequality — is a complex problem,” he says.
Only because the predatory left makes it so as leverage to displace Western culture.
Let me simplify it for the professor: If you dislike someone based on the person's race, you're a racist. There is nothing more to it; no "true north" racism, no "white privilege" racism, no "critical race theory" racism, no "microaggression" racism, no "peanut-butter-and-jelly-sandwich" racism, no "Confederate flag" racism, and no "white male Euro-Christian construction" racism.
Are white people blind to our inherent white racism? Of course we are; just as we are blind to the ramblings of an African witch doctor who, in my opinion, may as well be a Thomas J. Watson professor of religion emeritus at Syracuse University.
Is that racist?
