Police have named Quinton Woodruff as a person of interest in the death of Brandee Kelley.
Witnesses say a black male tapped on the glass door as Kelley was hiding from her abusive boyfriend. When the victim peeked through, the gunman opened fire. Reports say Kelley was shot in the heart.
The crime was reported July 1, 2015 and occurred in Mims, Florida near Titusville.

Titusville police executed a search warrant Thursday at a home in Mims in connection with a death investigation from Titusville.
Investigators arrived at the home on Marigold Avenue Thursday afternoon.
