The lunatic left is now pressing forward with an agenda to accommodate the insanity for cultural Marxism by forcing us to pretend there is no difference between males and females.
Gender neutrality is, in their twisted ospinion*, social justice. Terms such as 'husband' and 'wife' would be erased as offensive to their moral code and will go the way of gender-specific restrooms.
Banning stuff that defies your agenda is a preferred pastime of the predatory left.
Sad to say, they are often surprisingly successful.
All one needs do is declare a person or thing "racist," "intolerant," "homophobic," or "sexist," and that person or thing instantly becomes the object of widespread hate that requires purging.
While the Confederate flag is among the most visible of the predatory left's intolerance, there are other targets that the media are ignoring.
Hence, the words the predatory left wants banned are "husbands" and "wives."
According to news reports there are in excess of two dozen Democrats in Congress who have signed on to the proposal to make those words disappear from federal law.
Imagine that. The words 'husband' and 'wife' are considered hate speech.
Apparently minds infected with the cultural Marxism virus are convinced that the two words reflect prejudice and discrimination.
I suggest the words 'prejudice' and 'discrimination' be banned from federal law because they reflect prejudice and discrimination.
Says Rep. Lois Capps, D-Calif., "The Amend the Code for Marriage Equality Act recognizes that the words in our laws have meaning and can continue to reflect prejudice and discrimination even when rendered null by our highest courts," Capps said. "Our values as a country are reflected in our laws. I authored this bill because it is imperative that our federal code reflect the equality of all marriages."
The objective of cultural Marxism is to delete the delineations that differentiate us. It began when the predatory left determined that race was a social construct and that noticing people of different races are different constitutes racism, save those who notice white people are immersed in privilege.
How do these loons manage to get elected to the United States Congress? And how long will it be before we are compelled to refer to the First Lady as the First Spouse or First Partner or, if a future President is a polygamist, A Tied For Second Place Spouse?

Now that same-sex marriage is legal throughout the country, House lawmakers want the federal code to reflect marriage equality with gender-neutral terms.
Rep. Lois Capps (D-Calif.) introduced a bill on Wednesday that would replace the terms “husband” and “wife” in the U.S. code with “spouse” and “married couple.”
“The Amend the Code for Marriage Equality Act recognizes that the words in our laws have meaning and can continue to reflect prejudice and discrimination even when rendered null by our highest courts,” Capps said in a statement. “Our values as a country are reflected in our laws. I authored this bill because it is imperative that our federal code reflect the equality of all marriages.”
The bill, which has 23 co-sponsors, aims to both acknowledge the court's ruling on marriage equality and correct areas where gender discrimination has been written into federal law.
For example, it is now illegal to threaten the president’s wife under U.S. code, but not the president’s husband. Capps said her bill would update the code to make it illegal to threaten the president’s spouse.
