DAILYKENN.com -- Two males are facing murder charges in Texas stemming from the brutal execution of a 20-year-old woman.

Stephanie Pena was shot in the head while she sat in her Lexus outside a pharmacy in Fort Bend County, Texas.

Arrested are Christian Williams, 18, and Robert Dike, 23.

The murder occurred May 28, 2015 and the arrests were reported June 16.

Unlike the murders of nine black people in Charleston, South Carolina this week, the murder didn't attract national media attention, was not exploited to exacerbate racial hatred, nor did the governor hold a news conference to declare the heart and soul of Texas had been broken.
