Now you feel much better and, if you live in a state where such behavior is sanctioned by law, you may even be rewarded.
Adam Smith, however, was rewarded with a lost job and food stamps.
Unlike some militant gays, Smith didn't vent his hate on a baker or wedding photographer. Rather, he expressed his ill will towards an employee at Chick-fil-A.
The 37-year-old made himself famous in 2012 by posting a YouTube video of himself as he berated the Chick-fil-A worker.
Consequently, he lost his executive position at a medical device manufacturing firm in Arizona.
Three years later Smith is looking for a job. He's lost his home as well and says no one will hire him, the result of leaving a legacy of hate on the Internet; what some refer to as a "digital footprint."
We extend our heart-felt sympathies to Smith and all the militant gays who pride themselves on hating and jamming the reputations of good people. Sniff.
